Impact

Loki at this version directly imports github.com/prometheus/prometheus/tsdb/errors and github.com/prometheus/prometheus/storage/remote/otlptranslator/prometheus, both of which were removed in prometheus v0.311.x. Remediating this CVE requires bumping prometheus past v0.311.x, which cannot be applied cleanly until upstream Loki adapts to the new prometheus package layout.
