Impact

CVE-2024-49214 affects QUIC 0-RTT handling in HAProxy 2.9.x/3.0.x/3.1.x only per NVD; the fix ('BUG/MEDIUM: quic: always validate sender address on 0-RTT', upstream commit f627b927) was never backported to the 2.2 branch because upstream does not consider it affected. Additionally, haproxy-2.2 is built without USE_QUIC, so the QUIC/0-RTT code is not included in the shipped binary.
