haproxy 2.8.26-r0 includes the upstream backport 'BUG/MAJOR: h3: check body size with content-length on empty FIN' fixing CVE-2026-33555. Upstream publishes no fix-version metadata (NVD/OSV has none), so this fixed event is recorded manually. Verified via upstream changelog and local build+scan.
