Impact

The graphql gem is pinned via the upstream GitLab Gemfile.lock and forms part of the Rails stack of dependencies. A version bump for this gem cannot be applied independently — it requires the upstream GitLab project to update its dependency declarations and validate the change against the rest of the bundled gem set. Awaiting upstream GitLab to bump the graphql gem.
