Impact

rustls-webpki 0.101.7 is pulled into efs-proxy transitively through the AWS SDK's legacy hyper-0.14 + rustls 0.21 connector, enabled by the default rustls feature of aws-sdk-s3/aws-sdk-cloudwatch/aws-sdk-cloudwatchlogs (rustls = ["aws-smithy-runtime/tls-rustls"]). This advisory is only fixed in rustls-webpki 0.103.12/0.103.13; there is no patch in the 0.101.x line, and rustls 0.21 is API-incompatible with webpki 0.103. efs-proxy itself uses the aws-lc connector, which already resolves the clean rustls-webpki 0.103.13. Pending an upstream change (AWS SDK / efs-utils) to drop or update the legacy rustls 0.21 connector. Upstream efs-utils master still ships both TLS stacks as of v3.1.2.
