Impact

The vulnerable version of sanitize-html is bundled inside a prebuilt npm lockfile shipped within the packaged Python wheel; there is no yarn/npm build step in this package's own build pipeline to patch it directly. A fixed release (sanitize-html 2.17.7) is available upstream, but adopting it is pending the upstream wheel updating its bundled lockfile to that version.
