Impact

CVE-2026-86597 (GHSA-qqj6-54q6-cxv6) affects github.com/snowflakedb/gosnowflake and is reachable through the bundled Snowflake database plugin. The v1 module has no patched release: v1.19.1 is the latest v1 tag and is still affected. The fix exists only in the github.com/snowflakedb/gosnowflake/v2 module, from v2.2.0. The plugin is pulled in at its latest release, which still imports the v1 path, so a version bump cannot resolve the finding. Resolution depends on a plugin release that depends on the v2 module.
