Impact

pgx/v4 is reached transitively through trillian's storage/crdb package via cockroach-go/v2/crdb/crdbpgx (a pgx/v4-based adapter). The GHSA has no fix for pgx/v4; only v5.9.2 is patched. Resolving requires upstream trillian to migrate storage/crdb to crdbpgxv5.
