Impact

This CVE's fix is published only on the renamed module github.com/moby/moby/v2 (>= 2.0.0-beta.x). envoy-gateway-1.7 still imports github.com/docker/docker, which has no fix. Switching to github.com/moby/moby/v2 is not a drop-in replacement, go.mod bump or replace directive are cannot be done in the Chainguard package build — it must be done upstream by envoy-gateway. Pending upstream migration.
