Impact

Both CVEs are fixed upstream in grpc-go v1.83.1. Adopting that version pulls in a newer cloud.google.com/go/auth release that requires otelgrpc >=0.61.0, and that release removed the UnaryClientInterceptor/UnaryServerInterceptor functions the current release calls directly for tracing. No upstream release has migrated to the replacement NewClientHandler/NewServerHandler API yet, so the dependency bump cannot be applied without an upstream source change. This remains pending an upstream release that completes that migration.
