Fixed upstream on the master branch by commit 969c7eb091989a664cb7bf66a1f02051cc46cb52 (avutil/encryption_info: avoid stack exhaustion freeing init info list). The vulnerable code is present and compiled in the shipped version. The fix has not been backported to this release branch and no point release containing it has been published.
