Updates

Status

Pending upstream fix

Impact

The vulnerable component is the Apache Thrift thrift library binding. Per the GitHub Security Advisory at https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-526f-jxpj-jmg2, thrift is listed as affected with no published fixed version (vulnerable range <=0.22.0). The advisory has no firstPatchedVersion declared for the affected package entry. Without an upstream patched release of Apache Thrift, this issue cannot be closed by routine dependency-bump automation. A pending-upstream-fix advisory event is justified: the issue should reflect that we are awaiting upstream Apache Thrift maintainers to publish a fixed release.
