Bumping github.com/prometheus/prometheus from v0.300.1 to v0.311.3 cascades into otel-collector v1.30->v1.54 and k8s.io v0.32->v0.35. k8s.io@v0.35.3 references github.com/go-openapi/testify/v2/assert/yaml which is not present in any released version, breaking go mod tidy.
