This detection is a package-name collision, and an incomplete-fix follow-up to a previously-dispositioned advisory. The advisory concerns the npm hono JavaScript web framework's toSSG() static-site-generation helper, which can still write files outside the configured output directory; this package is the unrelated Eclipse Hono IoT device-connectivity framework, a Java/Quarkus application with no static-site-generation functionality.
