Impact

Resolved by building against a patched Go toolchain (Go 1.25.10 or later), which contains the upstream fix for the HTTP/2 transport defect (CVE-2026-33814) referenced by this advisory; upstream OpenTofu addressed the same issue solely by adopting this toolchain. The reported module version remains below 1.11.8 because the fix is a toolchain change rather than a module code change.
