Impact

GHSA-4qg8-fj49-pxjh is fixed in github.com/sigstore/timestamp-authority v2.0.3, a Go module major version change with no v1.x backport. Applying the migration transitively upgrades otelgrpc to v0.63.0, which removed StreamServerInterceptor used in teleport v18.6.8's lib/auth/middleware.go. The upstream fix (removing this usage) exists in teleport's main branch but has not been backported to v18.6.x.
