GHSA-j288-q9x7-2f5v (CVE-2025-48924) has no fix in the commons-lang 2.x line; 2.6 is the final release, and the patched version is in the separate commons-lang3 artifact (3.18.0). The flagged commons-lang 2.6 jar is a legacy dependency of the bundled Hive and Hadoop libraries and cannot be replaced without an upstream migration to commons-lang3.
