Impact

Fix is github.com/prometheus/prometheus v0.311.3. Bump blocked: pulls in prometheus/alertmanager v0.28.1 -> go-openapi/swag/loading.test -> testify/enable/yaml/v2 v0.2 -> testify/v2/assert/yaml, which was removed in testify/v2 v2.5.1 (@latest). Pinning testify/v2 doesn't help -- resolution hits @latest along the test path. Bumping otel-collector-contrib v0.143 -> v0.150 to escape it breaks compile (telemetry.NewPipelineTelemetryGate undefined vs otelcol/service v0.143). Awaiting newer upstream aws-otel-collector release.
