Impact

GitLab bundles the addressable gem (2.8.7) in its vendored Ruby bundle at /srv/gitlab/vendor/bundle/ruby/3.3.0/ and updating gitlab gems individually is unstable. Upstream maintainers will need to release a version including the fixed gem.
