This vulnerability affects github.com/docker/docker v25.0.6+incompatible. Due to functional changes required between the major versions, the fix has not been backported to the 1.7 version stream. Upstream cluster-api maintainers will need to backport the security fix to maintain compatibility with the 1.7.x release series, or users should migrate to newer cluster-api versions that include the updated Docker dependency.
