GO-2026-6604 scopes this vulnerability to GOOS=windows: the affected symbols in os (Root.Mkdir, Root.MkdirAll and related) and internal/syscall/windows are Windows-only, and the junction behaviour it depends on does not exist on Linux. The vulnerable code paths are not present in this Linux artifact.
