Impact

Fixed upstream on the master branch by commit f5d4fd186c68913240c4f6e9cda98443e1518b34 (avformat/rtsp: limit the number of redirects). The vulnerable code is present and compiled in the shipped version. The fix has not been backported to this release branch and no point release containing it has been published.
