Impact

This package is distributed as a prebuilt vendor binary. The fix requires go.opentelemetry.io/otel/sdk, otel/exporters/otlp/otlptrace and otlptracehttp >= v1.45.0 (GHSA-8wmf-6v46-5gfg); the newest available upstream releases (v0.131.2, the current stable, and v0.131.3 and v0.131.4) still ship v1.44.0. Upstream needs to publish a release built with the fixed OpenTelemetry modules.
