Impact

Fixed upstream only in rancher/rancher commit 50dc516a19ea (v0.0.0-20251013203444-...), built against Kubernetes 0.34.1. harvester v1.8.1 is pinned to k8s 0.33.7; pulling this rancher commit forces apimachinery/client-go into 0.34-only APIs that cannot compile against the pinned 0.33.7 stack. Not back-portable as a dependency bump. Pending upstream: resolves when harvester moves to k8s 0.34+
