Impact
Upgrading to runc v1.3.3 introduces breaking API changes. The libcontainer/cgroups package structure was reorganized and Kubernetes v1.31.13 (used by this package via k8s.io/kubernetes dependency) still imports the old API paths. Upstream maintainers must implement compatibility to remediate.
