Impact

Fixed upstream on the master branch by commit 2c2f6e96e31795ae95a8f8323a493ffbc493111f (avutil/hdr_dynamic_metadata: fix uninitialized bytes when color saturation is set without tone mapping). The vulnerable code is present and compiled in the shipped version. The fix has not been backported to this release branch and no point release containing it has been published.
