Vulnerable code not in execute path

Impact

CVE-2024-9042 is a command injection affecting only the Kubernetes kubelet's node log-query API endpoint (nodes/*/logs/query) on Windows worker nodes. These are Linux container images, and the package's runtime code is an admission webhook — not a kubelet — with no Windows node component; it does not import the affected log-query handler. The vulnerable code path can never be in execution on this platform, so the detection is not an exploitable condition.
